This happened in 2014 and he was suspended for a year. He wasn't prosecuted and served his suspension. He was 18 and maybe he has learned his lesson. As Kate Fagin (gay woman ex-basketball player and ESPN commentator) said he served his sentence and shouldn't be punished for it a second time. Now you can argue whether the first punishment was just but further punishment is not. Now if the NFL doesn't touch him that's different. As bad as it looks this is old news.
