1. Hopefully our WR's will have corrected their first game case of the droppies.

San Fran should have a good defense and I look forward to the matchup b/c I think we match up well against them. This will not be a cake walk, however.

Love me some Monday Night Football.
  2. I think San Fran is a lot like the Vikings in the fact we will have to deal with an excellent running back, tight end and a solid defense.

I look for the saints to put up a bunch of points.

    34 to 17
  3. I can go with that.
  4. Agreed, but I don't think they can pressure Brees the way the Vikes did. If our receivers hold onto the ball better (I'm sure that will be addressed this week), SF will not keep up with us, even on their home turf.
  5. Looks like the 49ers aren't much of anything.

Seattle is throttling them right now.
  6. Yeah the entire NFC West should be 4 wins. They all look like crap.
  7. Still gotta play tough. They'll be out to improve and playing at home on Monday night.
  8. Well, its one week. I don't think SF is as bad as they looked, or Seattle as good. You know we're going to get everyone's A game this season, and while I don't think the niners can hang with us, it won't be a walk in the park.

Anyone see this vid? A little scuffle yesterday at niners camp:

Ahmad Brooks, Shawntae Spencer Exchange Blows - Niners Nation
  9. Saints only have 3 people listed on their injury report.

    Strief, Ivory and Waters.

All will will be inactive for the game I suspect.

Clark will be active, so we actually upgrade the backup SLB over Waters.

Wynn didn't even hardly see the field vs the Vikes, so the 3rd RB isn't very important at this point. Will be interesting to see if they activate Ivory over Wynn for 3rd RB, when he returns.
