The big 3 released their new projected tournament brackets today. ESPN has LSU in the tourney as a 10 seed. CBS has the Tigers in as a 12. USA TODAY places them into a 12 seed play in game. A strong finish to the season should only improve position. But of course, they are only a loss or two from being back on the bubble.
At 15-8 overall that's exactly where we should be. However, this team is playing well and it looks like all the parts are starting to fit together. This week's games are critical. 2 losses and they'll have their backs to the wall. A split probably keeps us where we are. Win both and the Tigers should move up.
I think if they lose to A&M and USCe they basically have to run the table. Just split these 2, take care of the little dudes, and split the UF UK games and you're in without having to have a strong SEC tourney showing or a play in game. Or just win em all.
