1. Les Miles' press luncheon comments: Florida | NOLA.com

    my apologies all.
  2. Reading his comments verbatim makes my head hurt.
  3. sucks cuz he kinda threw crowton under the bus saturday (deservedly so) and now he's deciding to not let crowton take the fall.

i do have one question, if it's 3 rd down and you have a "want" to clock the ball, why not do it with the guys you have in, then run your personnel out on the field for one last play instead of wasting all that time?

why run guys into the game with a ticking clock just to spike it? i don't understand that answer at all. i don't think miles understands his own answers. he's trying to answer for crowton and failing miserably at it.
  4. You could have almost ran two more plays, even run plays in 27 seconds... let alone the spike. There was no reason to even spike it really. You almost have to try to be this stupid.

  5. That's because you have a want for clarity and Miles has a want to keep his job.:milesmic:

  6. You're right....no defending how those events transpired. We can't do the easy things correctly.
  7. So painful. Bad when you hear it, worse when you read it.
  8. Is it possible for your brain to hurt when you read something? Geez.
  9. They're over-thinking it.

    How's that for an oxymoron.
  10. Yesterday everyone was screaming for Les to take responsibility. Sounds like he just did.

    You were expecting Shakespeare, maybe?
