1. I will go a different route here and say the TD/two point conversion combo between Davey and Reed in the 2000 Peach Bowl.

The toughness of Davey and the athleticism of Reed. Outstanding!!!

Oh yeah, all of those others were good too.

How 'bout Booger catching a TD against Florida in '95?

Any other obscure ones out there, someone can think of?
  2. I was in the stadium for this one, and a great game it was. Buddy Lee was at QB on the play, and Jimmy Gilbert was the backup QB. They snook him in, and voila! You didn't see Cholly Mac do that very much.

It seems we must have had a good kickoff return, out to our 30 or 40 yard line, because the pass and run was not 80 yards, seemed more like 60 yards.
  3. AWESOME TD...

17-9 Tigs in an upset over eaTme in 1990...

Kinchen BARELY got into the Zone after running out of gas..

I was on the right on the 50 directly under the press box for that one.

My bro got me and my new bride the tix - we were in town for a reception...
  4. Another great game I was at, too.

We barely got in our seats in time to see that TD...

I remember George Bevan blocking the PAT to preserve the win...

And that was when AU had Pat Sullivan to Terry Beasley...
  5. I was there for THAT one, too... :thumb:
Not bad for a guy that has lived in Cali for the last 27 years....
  6. JV - '03 SECCG
    Let the beat down begin!!
  7. One of the most perfect "as diagrammed-to-execution" plays I have EVER seen...

...and it was truly a thing of beauty...

  8. I am not sure but I think Mike Hillman was the QB on this play. Does anybody know for sure?
  9. You're right. Per Dandy Don's "great LSU wins" page:
hey, at least I got the yardage right!
  10. If you don't know which Matt to Skyler or Marcus to Devery then you don't know LSU football. I mean it has been mentioned several times in this thread...
