Talk about movies you've seen recently that are worth seeing. Just watched Spotlight. Movie about the Boston Globe and the Catholic Church molestation cover ups. Pretty good movie. The Big Short is next. Anyone seen anything worth a fuck recently?
I saw the Big Short. I go to very few movies, but my date (@shane0911 , you have seen her) had a few background scenes and wanted to go see it. Damn good film about the housing bubble.
Watched the Big Short. Man great movie, amazing no one went to jail. 6 million people lost their homes and 8 million lost their retirement or 401k and we bailed those fuckers out.

I actually enjoyed la la land. Hate all you want but the art of a decent musical has been gone for some time. Loved the jazz theme.
Saw split at the theater by shamalama ding song. I hated it. Someone please tell me it was me and the movie was good. Had good reviews. Chick I was with said it sucked so maybe it wasn't just me. Loved the big short. Read the book. Awesome. I'll send it to you. Saw John wick 2. Awesome. Almost made up for Split.
