Been watching it since 1 or 2, whenever the news picked it up live right after it happened. 1st officer fired and backed off let SWAT take him down.

 

Guy had gun, hatchet and pepper spray. My guess is he had a Sig and it jammed so he went with the pepper spray.

 

You gotta be committed to bring a hatchet.

 

The gun was a pellet gun. This dude had a hatchet too. 100% chance he was white just based on these 2 items.
