19 year old minimum for players entrance into the league...

"On the age minimum, American players will have to wait one year after their high school class graduates before they can become draft eligible. International players will have to turn 19 by the end of the calendar year in which they become draft eligible."

This is merely a band-aid on the state of college basketball and its players. What a shame.

I agree. The NBA has ruined college basketball. I used to love both of them back in late 80's early 90's but now? Hurry up football season:geauxtige :helmet:

I can see it now, coach to recruit... "I promise you can come in and start over these 4th and 5th year seniors. Not only that, but we will feature you in our offense" .........what a joke.

The high stakes game of recruiting just got exponentially worse.

This could hurt college basketball even worse than the previous state.

As happy as I am about this, so many NBA stars in todays game are straight out of HS so I wonder if this was really needed.

The age limit should have been 20, or two years out of high school.
