1. too late and inferior by a lot to this.

  2. That looks like a gas tank. Would be better for longer distance but the clip on looks easier to put on and take off.

  3. the clip on is crap. 88cc much better by miles.
  4. 88cc and I'm pretty sure you have to have a motorcycle endorsement. Anything over 50cc I'm pretty sure. Have to have a license plate too.
  5. Just another friggin' moped. Too damn slow for safe road use. And by the time you add lights, code brakes, safety items, mirrors, license plate brackets and such to make it legal, you might as well buy a scooter, cause you won't be pedaling much. It's why they never caught on, except in dense Euro cities with slow traffic on narrow streets.

And they are seriously uncool. Mopeds are like fat girls . . . fun to ride but you don't want to be seen on one.

  6. The clip on electric is probably legal without any kind of license. It wouldn't make any sense to have either one in Baton Rouge because BR is not a bicycle friendly city. If I lived in a place more conducive to biking I would consider the clipon if I had to make a daily commute of more than 6 or 7 miles. Story says it gets about 37 miles per charge under normal usage. It would be useful in a place like Boulder, CO if the motor would get you up a hill. In Boulder you can go almost anywhere you have to go on a bicycle without having to get on a highly trafficed roadway.
  7. Could be now that Bain has gone away
  8. Isn't he still on the team? He didn't pitch very well last season but they say he hadn't fully recovered from an injury
  9. The DL that stole a bike a year or so ago. Wake up man ;)
