I've been an avid Tigerdroppings person for close to 10 years, but my job has just blocked their site. After an exhausting 2 minute google search I have found you guys. Can everyone agree that 247 and the rivals sites really suck. I am in my mid 30's, I love college sports over all others. I really think the NFL has taken all the fun out of the game. I think O was a decent hire, I don't think Herman or Jimbo was coming without huge amounts of money. I don't believe either of them are worth 7.5+ because I don't think they could beat Bama with any consistency whatsoever. By consistency I mean 1 out of 3 or so. I think O will keep recruiting in the top 10 (although I am getting more worried about this by the day) and will be a good place-holder until Saban retires. After Saban leaves we should go out and get the best thing out there regardless of price, and try to climb back up to the top. I think the game had passed Miles by, and it was time at the end of last year to let him go. Here's to hoping that the Tiger's Den can scratch my LSU itch.
Welcome aboard, not as much bs to wade through here. I agree with just about all you've said. I think Eaux will steady the recruiting ship and he'll surprise a lot of folks. Hope he comes to play vs Petrino, it would be a pretty good opening salvo for him as HC.
After looking at the whole season, I do believe that Aranda can slow down possibly even stop completely Lamar Jackson. We may only need around 24 points to win this thing and I think LSU handles that. Personally I really like watching Petrino get beat since '11 when he was flipping off miles for doing what he (Petrino) made a career out of.
