    2 Alabama (20) ... 2,777

    LSU took all of the first place votes vacated by Oklahoma, Wisconsin and Boise State AND took 5 first place votes away from Alabama.

    The Coaches and Harris poll voters have spoken resoundingly in LSU's favor as the best team in the land.

    Oklahoma 8th
    Wisconsin 12th

    I'd leave a little room for human error. They did ignore Okies defense, or lack thereof, for most of the season.

    Anyone heard from Las Vegas yet? Now those boys are willing to put their commitments to the test.
