We should leave and go join the WAC. Think about it, we would score 60 a game, shutout 80% of our opponents and be undefeated every year. Them damn computers that seem to be discounting our record now would start smoking when the figured up all of our points. Sure we'd be 12-0 and ranked 4 in the countryin the human polls, but if the current BCS stays the same we could sneak in every year based on computer rankings. Of course we would probably get drummed every year in the champ game since we will actually have to play someone that can match up with us, and that would be a total polar opposite from what we'd be used too. At least we would get a shot though.:grin:
We don't need any more contenders in the SEC. We beat up on each other enough as it is and keep the SEC from producing more national champions. There are six perennial contenders in the SEC and only two doormats. Somebody has to lose, this is why Vanderbilt and Kentucky are vital for SEC football, not to mention reversing the tables in SEC basketball. The SEC is big enough. If it were to grow, I'd say add 2 contenders, 2 also-rans, and two doormats then maybe go to three divisions.
