16 lb pork roast, black-eyed peas, cabbage, cornbread. Just put the roast in the oven at 5 am, I'll edit later with a photo.

well, mine was gonna be similar to yours. black eyed peas, greens, cornbread, ham steak. but i woke up to the fridger/freezer in the kitchen having gone out so not only am i not going to the storefor those last minute items, most of what was in it wasn't salvagable and is in the trash.

so, dinner is tenderloin steaks, spinach souffle, both of which were in the freezer but still cold enough to be safe to cook, and salad.

i may have to go get a can of plack eyed peas just so i can have some. looks like i need some luck already! :hihi:

Nothing. :( Haven't eaten since around 12:30 before going in to see the game. I'm just so tired, I don't even have enough energy to make anything. I'll be looking forward to breakfast.

Never got around to the photo, got too busy eating, I put away some serious groceries. Them two pieces of pumpkin pie with whipped topping did me in. I feel like I gained 20lbs, belt was way too tight this morning. The cornbread was great, my mom calls hers "Mexican cornbread". She adds cheese, corn, and jalapenos, very good. I can't wait for the leftovers tonight...
