She was found hanging from a scarf on a door knob. I think it was Auto-erotic asphyxiation which, I believe they call accidental suicide? It is entirely possible she came and went at the same time.
Her company was over $6M in debt. Artsy types and high achievers are prone to bouts of depression. Suicide isn't all that surprising. Besides, she was 6'3" and was dating a short, fugly, aging rock star. Clearly, self-esteem issues going on.
