Famed NBC programming executive Grant Tinker has died. Tinker got an inside track on 70's/80's TV success; he married Mary Tyler Moore. That led to his producing her show, as well as its several spinoffs. But he also produced WKRP in Cincinnati, The Bob Newhart Show, St. Elsewhere and Hill Street Blues.
Hell of a running back for CU. I saw him play a few games. Didn't have much of a NFL career. It's being reported it may have been a suicide.
