  8. I watched him rassle in the blackam coliseum when I was a kid. Him, JYD, Big Cat Erie Ladd, Ted DiBiase, so many more! My great grandfather was convinced that shit was real and I was far too young to know any better at the time.

    Some other interesting early Saints draft picks. We picked eventual NBA basketball player Jimmy Walker with pick 17C in the (team's first) 1967 draft. Picked Gerry DiNardo's brother Larry out of Notre Dame in 1971, round 7. Picked Olympic sprinter Willie Davenport as a DB out of Southern in the 12th round, 1970.
