Professional (fake) wrestler Matt Hardy should be getting pretty close by now.

Former Tampa Bay Bucs star Lee Roy Selmon died today at age 56 following a stroke on Friday. Went to college with several guys from Tampa, and Selmon was their Rickey Jackson. Sad loss for that fanbase.

i knew he had a stroke, but i did not realize he died. but sorry to hear that. seems like everyone liked the selmon brothers and the respect for them crossed cfb fan base lines.

Man, that's tough. You work out, to stay healthy so you can live longer. The very thing that he was doing to stay healthy may have contributed to his death. Of course, he could just as easily have had a stroke had he not been working out, but point being, working out is supposed to ward off things like strokes at 56.
