    There was no better improv commedian than Winters. Rickels and Williams could only aspire to be that good.

    He was basically the Bill Cosby of improv, in terms of being funny without having to be derogatory, negative or having to curse in his routines.

    Alan Arbus, who played the recurring character Dr. Sidney Freedman on M*A*S*H, has died at age 95. "Ladies and gentlemen, take my advice: drop your pants and slide on the ice." (He said that line on one of his first appearances, and repeated it as his walk-off line in the series finale.)

    George Jones is dead. He was the Elvis of Country Music, there will be a huge deal made of this in Nashville.
