    The SEC gave MSU an 'exception'. They can take em in to the stadium and clang them but ONLY when the Jumbotron 'tells' them they can. Not supposed to be used *during* play or some such non-sense... like a giant stop sign on the jumbotron will keep em from clanging them.

    eta: but, for the first 'offense' it's a $5k fine to the school, and for each offense after the first they tack another $25k fine... MSU had 2 games last year where they had to pay $30k in fines for each game.
