With the break and all, I couldnt help but think about how good we will be next year.

    QB: Russell/Mauck
    HB: Vincent, Addai
    FB: Jordan
    WR: Clayton, Green, Hill, Bowe
    TE: Robinson
    LT: Whitworth
    LG: Livings
    C: Wilkerson
    RG: McGill
    RT: Niswanger

    DE: Spears, Hill
    DT: Kyle Williams, Wroten?
    SLB: Hollis?
    MLB: Turner
    WLB: Vaughn
    CB: Webster, T Daniels
    FS: Landry
    SS: J Daniels?

I put ?'s where I thought there would be some competition. I think Wroten will step in nicely at DT, but you never know. I am anxious to see how good Hollis is, that dude is huge. SS safety should be a good fight (J Daniels, Steltz, Daryl Johnson are all really good prospects). Correct me where I am wrong, because I know I wont share the same opinion as everyone here.

I think you may need to make room for David Jones at tight end. He has played awesome this year.

True, he and Zinger could both end up there

QB needs to have Flynn in there too

Yeah, I think if Mauck stays it is his job to lose, if he goes I say JR is the man. Saban said he would lose his RS this year if Mauck would have gotten hurt. JMO. The list I made was basically starters only, I know that some of the guys backups are just as good or they may actually be the starters next year.

I heard that if LSU wins the National Championship Mauck's not going to return next year. If he leaves the QB lineup will be Russell/Flynn, right? Randall wont see playing time next year will he?

I have never heard Saban say that. If Mauck was to go down Randall would be in there but I am sure Saban would throw in one of the freshman if nessesary.

He said Russell would lose his RS to be the backup, meaning he was ahead of Flynn on the depth chart. I know Randall would be starting, JR would just be the backup.

WHAT!?!?!? No!, I'm sorry but I just do not have any faith in Randall and I just hope Russell is as good as he is supposed to be and wins the starting job.

Gx, that was for this year, next year I think its safe to say that Russell will beat out Randell if need be.
