It was a bad call and the PI was completely unnecessary. However, it stil happened and thus it should never have been overturned.

Even if they would have not called PI at all it would have been better than what happened. As it stands now, they called PI, reviewed and discussed a NON REVIEWABLE play and then over ruled it. Not to mention after breaking at least one rule, they STILL got it wrong.

They did not review that PI call. The officials simply got together and reversed the call.

Folks, get over it. The pass was a floater at best. If Flynn would have thrown the pass, it never would have been tipped by Brock. I think that LSU would have been ahead by 14 at that point anyway. Did you notice that every pass longer than 15 yards was overthrown. The short passes were floated. Most of the running plays were tipped off also by loading the side they were running to. Bench Russell and put a real QB in the game. The man ought to concentrate on Basketball anyway. I just cannot watch any more games as long as Russell is in the backfield.

Addai looked good against his hometown boys today of course the Texans stink anyway.

I'm glad that wasn't your first post so I don't have to say "dumbest first post ever."

However, that might be the worst second post ever. Congrats.

You must not be a real football fan....JR is only 16-3 as a starter, so yeah...let's go put in another "real" qb. There is no doubt that Flynn is going to be a great qb for LSU...but right now this is Russell's time to lead this team.

Come to think of it, JR threw two other "floaters" last year one at Az St the other at Bammer. Yeah, bench him now.

Ok I'll chime in on the officiating. I hate when poor officiating alters the outcome of a game. Several calls yesterday hindered LSU's chances. I think the worst of them was the no call on the LeFell in the end zone. I also think the Hester completion reversal went a long way to change momentum.

With all that being said LSU did not take advantage of the chances we did have. We should have gone for the jugular after the Steltz interception. We should have not punted on that 4th down.

All in all it was a great game. I still say we could win 2 out of 3.

To close congrats to Auburn. They played a great game and have a scary defense. Here's to hoping for 2 losses.

Yeah. Everybody knows Flynn is the one with the stronger arm.
