i understand your concern, but if you are a real fan and we go 0-11, you should still stick by your team. sticking by your coach is a different story but it's always purple and gold above all else. no jumping sides!!!
IMO, this staff is learning that SEC football is day in-day out, never assume anything, football. I'm actually encouraged at some of the progress that I saw against MSU (yeah, I know they suck) like a more attacking man to man defensive scheme throughout the game. I think Pelini is beginning to understand that soft zone D is of little use in a conference as athletically gifted as the SEC. At least I hope that..... If there's anything positive about the Tenn loss, I think that Les will never try that crap again against a really good team. This ain't Stillwater baby. :hihi: Actually feel pretty good about this staff right now. I like our chances since Florida's O hasn't really panned out and I think Bama and Auburn are overrated against weak competition. Obviously, if Bama and Auburn keep winning, they'll deserve serious spek, but I think Bama's too thin to last a full SEC season. To shepard this program through everything that this State has been through with only one loss is pretty good IMO, although I admit that I am/was frustrated with the percieved coaching problems/slavish devotion to that soft scheme. I think everything's gonna be fine in the long run.

Sick of analyzing and making excuses. Bottom line .... It's time to execute and win. We can salvage this season and win 9-11 games if our coaches realize the defense vs. Tenn and ASU was = to the old Lou Tepper defense. We have way too much talent to make excuses and fool around with our defense. Coaching has already cost us 1 game....... JUST WIN!
