1. I guess he wanted to go to a basketball school.

  2. He knew LSU wasn't a "basketball school" when he signed. There has to be more to it than that. I wonder if the expected departure of Pierre was a factor.
  3. It was. Morgan said he felt comfortable with BP but not so much with Johnson. Very likely a lot of the problem stems from his mom not feeling like they were getting the royal treatment and poisoned his mind towards TJ.

On the other hand, Johnson said, "no player will ever be bigger than the program." I like his attitude- cut the mudda loose. Anyone who doesn't feel like it's a priviledge and an honor to play here needs to catch the bus.
  4. I'm sure that's a huge part of it. Plus ucla had plenty of players declare so playing time is available.
  5. I am sure it did, but I think when he made his decision to commit to LSU we had a need for a big man. UCLA didn't have a need until their big man left for the draft. So I think he could be using this coaching change as an excuse to go to a basketball school where he could possibly start right away where before he would have been coming off of the bench.

Does he still have to sit out a year or is he eligible to play right away?
  6. Not really versed on the rules, but I believe because: a)LSU released him, and b)he never actually enrolled, he is eligible to play right away.
  7. Correct, since released from LOI he does not have to sit out.
