    Haha! Thanks. Don't know about baggage and all. I was a Shula fan until almost the end but finally had to agree that he wasn't up to the job. I don't know that Saban will be the savior that a lot of people are expecting but I believe it will be closer to the type of football Bama fans know and have not seen for the last 4 years. FWIW, the Sun_Sentinel is reporting done deal.

    Welcome to the forum. It looks like you guys are getting Saban. You are welcome to him. You have found a coach who has no character, no ethics, and no loyalty or commitment to anyone but himself. The way he sneeked out of Miami and notified WH by phone of his decision stinks to high heaven and says tons about him.
