1. Something about him is wrong. Why did Stanford pass on him? There were alot of jobs open this year and he has not been hired yet.
  2. Just because Chow is a great OC doesn't mean he'll be a great HC. Can he recruit? Can he provide leadership for the program? Does he want to work 24/7? Can he manage the game?

Many unanswered questions about Chow to make him the LSU HC....
  3. Just because Bob Stoops is a great DC doesn't mean he'll be a great HC. Echoes from the past.
  4. Look into the info about that hire...the AD at Stanford is a 20 year friend of Walt Harris. Leland, the AD, also hired the previous coach based on his friendship (Teevens)...and admitted it when he had to fire him. It was not a level playing field (not that Harris isn't a good coach).
  5. Why hasn't Chow gotten an opportunity to be a HC at this point in his career? I dunno that answer, but there must be a reason.

I think LSU is in such great shape that we can hire a proven college HC ... that would be my preference!
  6. Fair enough.
  7. Stanford

Made a huge mistake! Stanford used to put out tremendous QB's themselves at one time...He would have been a perfct match at Elway U!
  8. LOYALTY:

Something not seen on todays football environment(sheesh hate to sound like a forked-tounge liberal).
  9. Our QBs

and future QBs can use his knowledge, and his previous QB developement(Rivers, Young,Wilson,Neilson,Palmer,Lienhart...)would only attract some Blue Chip QBs!

    Geaux Tigers!!!!!
  10. We should hire Chow so we could be the Chinese Bandits again!
