Optometrists don't do surgery. That's what I was meaning- you would if you were an optometrist. If everyone who qualified for lasik would have the surgery done it would cut deeply into your sales- glasses, checkups, etc. You just have to look in the right places. :yelwink2:
This could definitely be true. One of the hottest girls I've ever met in my life goes to McNeese but their roster doesn't have a whole lot of depth like LSU's does.
I said nothing at all about regulation. I say the lawyers have too much influence in the state legislature. Other states allow notaries to be notaries.

Other states do not give notaries as much power as they have here. Oh, and if the testator writes his own will, in his own hand, then there is no need for a notary. Just a little tip to get around the rules.
Correct, there is no need for an attorney for an olographic will. However, there are issues that can arise from a poorly drafted will, and if a client wanted a notarial will, I wouldn’t stamp it unless I drafted.
