Bureaucrats got to be bureaucrats. They have no clue or care of real life as long as the letter of the rules are followed.
Thats the way to protect the elderly. We have one of the assisted living places here that is having problems with the virus spreading. 4 employees have it and residents are getting it. My friend's mom has it and the 2 deaths from our county were there. Did they not learn anything from that place in Washington?
