1. Does he throw anyone else under the bridge in public or is he still trying to convince everyone that it's 'One team, one heartbeat'?
  2. Watch the video
  3. I'd rather not.

  6. Watched the video; hard to make much out with the kids making a racket. Nothing stood out.

  7. Commenting publicly on a position or player can be viewed as throwing under the bus, or is it an accountability issue? Depends on perspective. People/media pull out one comment and blow it up. Not sure he was really throwing someone under the bus. Hopefully, EdO gets smoother at doing that in the future without being off putting.

  8. He can make his players be accountable, but IMO, that accountability and any criticism that goes along with is should be done in team meetings, not at press conferences. To me, it makes it sound like he's blaming the player while not taking any accountability himself. The easiest way for him to lose the respect and control of his team is by demanding accountability from his players, while taking none for himself; especially in front of TV cameras.

  9. Dirty laundry should stay in house and when asked about specific players or positions he could have the standard "we have addressed it with him" and move on. With the thin skin of today's youth he will get the opposite effect by calling them out in front of cameras. I didn't grow up that way but that what it is, so he will need to adjust if he expects to have success at the top spot. You cant coach the entire team like the D line.
