Turnovers and stupid mistakes can happen to anyone. The true test of a good team is still winning games when you aren't playing well. And when you do play well you will blow teams away. Hopefully that will start happening soon. The fact that we have doubled Vandy's offensive production leads me to believe that we are not struggling to beat them. The mistakes will stop and we'll run away with this game. Try to think positive dude.

True enough, but UT is a top ten team in name only. They have been exposed all year as overrated, with no offensive creativity and less than steallar play at QB. Whether pollsters think you should be is compltely relevant. If you think you are a top ten team, that is completely subjective, and a little homerish, I might add.
UT was ranked in the top ten, mainly from preseason expectations, like us. they like us, never were a top ten team. ( in reality ) pollsters missed one or two, it happens. EDIT: but if we accidently keep winning. ( crosses fingers ) AND some others above us LOSE A FEW, we may indeed be a top ten team in reality. At this point I think the probability of playing Texas or USC is pretty low though.

Last year wasn't it LSU 9, Vandy 7 at half time? .... and the year before it was Georgia 0, Vandy 2 at half time. LSU came back to win 24-7 and Georgia came back to win 27-8. Vandy will croak in the second half, again....
First off - what the hell does being born before me have ANYTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING? Especially being a LSU fan? are you saying because you are older, that makes you a bigger fan? wow... what logic... second off, Im not denying that LSU is having quite a bit of trouble holding on to the ball and making some big mental mistakes. if you actually read this thread, you would see that, but i can see that you didnt. I just hate to see "fans" come on while other fans are watching the game and post something like " LSU sucks, c'mon this is vandy, we arent a top 10 team" its freaking ANNOYING and I wish it would stop. I have no problem with your opinion, but what I do have a problem with is the constant bitching... I mean BlancoBob here is still talking about the Tennessee... SO..this is what I propose - we watch the rest of the game, and comment on that.
