To be honest...I was thinking about this the other day...

The bash is next month...what...40 days away?

After that, April starts spring practice...Which goes for right up to a month...ending in May...Which leaves us till August...

That means that we'll have March, June and July as the only solid months without a significant football-related occurrence for LSU and the rest of the collegiate football world before fall camp lets back in.

To make people rest a little easier...B-ball will be spicy I'm sure, and of course, the LSU Baseball season kicks off in no less than 2 weeks...and we get Mestepey back, Determan comes back, Nall comes back, and we are LOADED FOR BEAR, and PRESEASON NUMBER TWO!

Trust me, 2004 has started off with a bang, and has no signs of slowing down if you're an LSU sports fan...

When is the spring game? Does anyone know the exact date? Im considering going this year to see JR, Early, Xavier, and Matt Flynn.

No Early or Xavier in the spring. They do not come until fall.

The baseball team should be stellar this year. If we don't make it to Omaha it would be a disappointment. I can't wait to see Lane back on the hill, instead of coaching the bullpen. Ryan Patterson should be knocking the ball all over and out of the Box and if Holt continues his play from the Cape Cod league than we will have a tremendous OBP guy, and we all know how dangerous he is with his speed. We've got a great team with big power hitters, contact hitters, and tremendous pitching. What do ya think? NC for baseball and football? It could definitely happen!
