Last year was not a success, but it wasn't a meltdown. We just didn't have it. Under Saban, we seemed to alternate each year between fielding a good team and a fair team. This year is looking like a mix between fair and good, with a lean toward fair.
teams and coaches are allowed somewhat of a pass once they win their first NC in 100 years. hangover effect in full force and the players didn't know we had to act like we'd been there before heading into the next season. because they hadnt. nor the fans. well besides sabanfan.
