1. Imagine for a moment that this voting mistake involved a one-loss team in a year where several one-loss teams were in the running for the NC game. Sadly, such a ballot would count. The BCS pairings would be introduced that Sunday. Days later, the mistake would be revealed. Heck until this year we have never gotten a glimpse at the votes. Who knows how many similar mistakes have been made in the past and had a true impact on the BCS competitors.
