Cool. How long you been playin? I teach guitar as well. I love to see people pick up an instrument. ... especially kids. It seems these days, kids just have little interests in playing music. Such a shame.
I played some when I was about 19 or 20. Gave it up when my guitar got stolen. Been playing now for a couple of years. I have a Strat and a 100 watt Marshall that is solid state but sounds like a tube. Bought about 6 months ago. Was playing on a Squier with 20 amp Fender Mustang II modeling amp before that. My acoustic is a Takemine 300 series.
