    You're better just eating right and getting involved in your own high impact cardio. Basically all these programs are. Any kind of change requires life changes like diet first.

    I tried p90x. couldn't do it. I don't have 90 minutes to do that shit nor the week recovery from the total ass whipping you take each and every day. I'm 33 and I've never been able to stick with a workout regimen until this year. TT is right, you can't approach it as something you do, you have to approach it as a lifestyle change. For at least a few months, it has to be almost the most important thing in your life. Then it becomes more of a habit and you get into a rhythm. Eating right is another one but I'm just not that inclined to do it yet. I love food too much.
