Refs missed a delay of game on Brady but we came up with a big 3rd down stop. Need to stop them on this 4th down.

 

Must be a new Brady rule the ref employed.

 

The rule for grounding must be changed to take the call out of the refs hands. "near the line of scrimmage"??? near it? why not, "qb has to be out of the pocket and ball must be thrown PAST the line of scrimmage."
What is near the line? 1 yd? 2 yds? 3 yds?
