Pelini is good at the living room presentation & selling his scheme, but he isn't good about staying in constant contact and building relationships - the 2 most important parts of recruiting for a HC.
I'm not really sure. I know he voted for Florida over Michigan to go to the NC last year, but that just didn't help matters - it was for some other reason that I've heard Michigan fans say he's burned bridges. Either I can't remember or I never found out what it was.
