Going to be hard to convince an AD to give him a HC job when he prefers to not recruit and not speak to the media. He's best served being a coordinator.
I think he tells him the type of salary he'd require; his assistants would require, etc. Pelini himself said he's in a position to be selective. He's going to wait until he gets that offer from an underperforming BCS team.
I dont blame Pelini for being selective. He knows what he has going here at LSU. If the situation isnt right, he knows he is better off staying at LSU. The continued winning, as well as producing top defense will only continue to build his resume. Then the right oppertunity will present itself.
