  1. I think it's safe to say that LSU basketball is on track to be a #4 or #5 seed if they continue this standard of play.

That would put them in line to face a #1 seed in the Sweet 16 if they were to advance.

Which #1 team would you like to see the Tigers play?
  2. I'd say MS State - more familiar with their approach and strategy. They are really good, don't get me wrong, but we are going to continue to get better.
  3. St. Joe's. They have good guards but we would kill them inside. All I care about is getting in the dance. Anything can happen once you're in.
  4. I voted for St Joe's.

I don't want to play Mississippi State any more than we have to.

IMO, there the best team in the SEC east or west.

I'm not saying we can't beat them, but we will find out in a few
    weeks.

They scare me though because of the way they played plus
I don't see any weakness in their team.
  5. I had to go with DOOk. Even though it would be a tough game to say the least, nothing would satify me more than to see LSU beat the ***** out of Dook.
  6. I posted in my Bracketology thread that I would like Stanford if we get the choice. I've seen all four play and I think, overall, Stanford is the weakest #1 seed. But we probably match up better with St. Joe's. Either is good, the unbeatens do not scare me.

I say no to Miss. State because I've seen them play and we do not match up well with them. They are dominant in the low post, as are we. They are a good defensive team, as are we. Strength vs. strength and we both cancel each other out. Then it comes down to guard play, and theirs is much better and more consistent than ours. I'd rather play a team where we have some significant advantage we can exploit.

Duke is the worst possible matchup we could get. No, they aren't undefeated, but to me they are still far and away the best college b-ball team in America. Yeah, we could beat them. But we would have to play a perfect game and they would have to be a little off for it to happen. It's far more likely they could show up with their A+ game and just freakin' detonate on us. That would be ugly.

    So I pick the Cardinal.
  7. Miss. St., if they are #1 seed would be our best bet. We know them the best and especially if we lose both games to Miss. St. this year, then it will be payback time. Hard to beat the same team 3 times in 1 year.
  8. I voted for St.Joes.....They don't look as good as they are ranked.
  9. Stanfurd.

We would WHUP DEY @SSES !!!!!
