It is a true statement, the reason the numbers are increasing is because we are counting more people not because more people have it. It is fairly well acknowledged that this disease was here at the end of last year so you can bet it was here earlier than that. If we all took the antibody test we would see far more people have been exposed than they want to admit. Because by admitting that you have to admit that shut down is useless.
