When I started reading the thread, I first assumed that he was mad because we wanted to beat them or something...then I read a couple more posts and thought I am missing something, so I scrolled back up and still couldn't figure out what was going on, so then I assumed Brett changed it by the time I got here, then I read Steve's post and died laughing! I guess we should get mad about being called corndogs and all the evil teams that play us making fun of everything we do! Good gosh! Grow up, it is in fun and really you are worried about what letters we use for your team...how bout we just call you "tiger bait" and leave it at that??? Would that make your ego feel a bit better???
I normally agree with that - but in this case, I almost can't help myself either. Hypersensitivity over self-generated inferiority complexes just bring out the very worst in me.
I honestly didn't catch it or get it untill the first few posts. How are we supposed to know who they are when they can't remember themselves? I do wish they could remember that theyare ULL not UL though...
They will always be USL to me too The University of Slower Leaners. It could be worse they could be called nicholls state. Hell they dont get capital letters in their name from me.
i have to agree and i was gonna start a thread like this on my own. i was raised to treat people with respect, only because it's the right thing to do. it's one of the reason's i read this board, you guys show more respect and maturity than tiger droppings. but this usl stuff is ridiculous. they haven't been usl for ten frickin years. this is just acting like bullies for no good reason.
