Seriously though, rule No.1 of gun safety is to treat EVERY gun like it's loaded. Still, why would anyone ever put a live round in a prop gun. It makes no sense.

No idea of how true it is but the report I heard said Baldwin was being a dick on the set, totally believable, and bitching about the union help that was there to run props and what not. He eventually ran them all off and hired local and untrained talent so he could pay them less and voila, he ends up killing someone. Like I said, no idea of the validity of that report but I can totally see it going down that way and if it is true then his sorry ass should be in jail for negligent manslaughter at the least. I know there has to be a bus load of attorneys licking their chops to get at this one.
