How do you cut a segment or paragraph of a post out you are responding to and include it in your response? I have tried several times using different techniques and still can not do it. I end up having to include the entire post I am responding to.

Is this a trick question? Use the quote reply button or the multi-quote button depending on how many posts you're responding to.

Quote brings the whole post up:
quote=Bengal Buddy;562663]How do you cut a segment or paragraph of a post out you are responding to and include it in your response? I have tried several times using different techniques and still can not do it. I end up having to include the entire post I am responding to.[/quote

Just delete what you don't want to include:
quote=Bengal Buddy;562663]I end up having to include the entire post I am responding to.[/quote

When I use the "quote reply" button it captures the entire quote. There must be something else I need to do.
