Patrick Petersen just made and 84 yard punt return for a TD against St. Louis. Tied for the record.

Pretty soon they will stop punting to him.

    Proud of our Tiger!

Yeah which is kind of sad, to me it's kind of like intentionally walking a batter, takes away from the game

True! I realize it's all a part of strategy but, hey, they have a defense right?; so
'bring it on, Peterson, and we'll stop you.'

But they won't and don't, do they?

4 punt returns and I believe he had one in each of their 4 wins, and it was the difference in the score

We didn't think we'd ever see a game changer like Deon Sanders, but here we are.

    As a goddamn rookie.

He's only going to get better as a cover corner, and soon he'll be getting his pick 6s.

The record for punt return TDs is 12 by Hester.

The record for punt return TDs in a season is 4, so he has already tied that.

has he just gotten that much better in a year or is there some big difference between college and pros that makes it easier? i think he only had 2 in his college career.
