For a bunch of complicated reasons (mom tore ligaments or something in her knee last night), there is a large possibility that we may go out for Thanksgiving, which is a break in tradition for us.

On the other hand, we could order some pre-made stuff depending on the price.

I heard on the radio that City Cafe makes just about everything for Thanksgiving for those who just want to buy it already made up. Any ideas on what a good place is to get pre-made Thanksgiving food that tastes somewhat homemade?

I know there probably aren't many of you out there. :hihi:

When I lived in California, a friend and I pre-ordered a Thanksgiving dinner from Albertsons... it was terrible.

Call Crawfords in BR. I usually get a turkey from them every year to have at my house since we got to the maw maw's for dinner. It's the only way I get leftovers.

I'm not sure if they do side orders, but the Turkey's are excellent.

I went to City Cafe the other day and saw a few of those turkeys roasting. They looked pretty good.

We ordered a fried turkey from Ralph & Kacoo's in Allen, Texas. The rest of the food will be done at home.
