It will be close between FSU and LSU with LSU possibly being able to hold on to the 3rd spot.

P.S. This is a USA Today Coaches' Poll projection.
  2. LSU has done nothing to lose their 2nd place ranking.

  3. I wouldn't be suprised to see LSU even lower. ... like maybe 6th or 7th. In fact, I think it would be good for the team to be ranked lower. ... maybe create that spark that is needed.
  4. Not a chance.
  5. All the love for notre lame puts them prob 8/9
    Lsu falls to 4/5
Dont know why really..clemson scored o much on fsu, ok sucks.
We won our sec game, on the road, vs a decent and not currently ranked opponent, so we should fall.... These rankings mean crap...we control our destiny and if we dont get our act together, we aint beatin bama at home, hell i have doubts about sc, arky, and fl after last night
We need to get better every week
  6. I can't see us falling lower than 5th. But 4th is more likely; I think the voters will still hang on to the "Alabama and LSU are the class of the SEC" notion and not put Georgia ahead of us.

  8. Sec will always show up, especially for "das boot"
  9. Funny, when it's USC at the top, they always claim that a team shouldn't drop unless they lose.

LSU certainly didn't play up to expectations but they went into a top SEC West opponent's house and came away with a win. A house that was more hostile than I've seen Tiger stadium in a long time. Of course fighting for your season will do that and LSU hasn't had to do that in a while.
