Fireworks? You have to be joking. No way I'm going downtown to be with 100,000+ people in 95 degree heat to watch 10 minutes of fireworks shot from a barge in the middle of the river and then drive home in gridlocked traffic.
All day it's felt like a Sunday but I realized it's Thursday. I might go to a bar where they have a blues jam every Thursday night.
