I'm not saying JR will be the next RO but are you guys familiar with Jason Campbell? The Auburn fans wanted to hang him early on in his career. Flynn will get his shot and might very well take the starting job from Russell. We shall see............. Maybe JR will come around.
You are right Mesquite, a win is a win, but we had some squeakers against some lowly opposition. To be in a dogfight with a team like Ole Miss, OSU, Troy...etc. is pathetic.
I have complete faith in our coaches. I fully expect Russell to improve by next year. I am not saying we should have blind faith in him. We should definently get some big signee's at QB in case he doesn't. However i must say that i am optimistic about him improving over the offseason. What other choice do i have? Hoping that we get some wonder kid who can come in right away with no college experience. No thanks. I think that Russel improving is more probable than that
