    Didn't it open at 2?

At any rate, I don't put a lot of stock in who is favored in a game. My point was just that the point spread is what most people use to say who is "favored" in a game.

This ESPN poll is about 70/30 LSU...yet the spread remains the same...hmm. To what "National Media" do you refer?

Terry sounds like a pretty smart football guy. On paper, LSU should win. But the winner will not be decided on paper. It will be decided on the field. College football is so great, because these are still impressionable young men. EMOTION still means a great deal to them. And guys with a little less talent can come up with big plays or just have one great game, and a close game like this can go either way.

I hope LSU wins, and I think they can. I, like Terry, won't be shocked by a Tide victory on their home turf.

It will be good for the SEC and college football, to see these two fine teams play. I'll be watching closely.
