mormann! that is who i was missing.

we actually have a few pitchers on staff. the thing is, we either dont know how they will be, or they seriously need to step it up for us to be highly competative. what worries me is WHO we have lost to transerfs/mlb/injury.

here is the list. granted, it lists those out with injury so, imo, we do need some juco guys. that is a young staff!

    40 Mitchell Hopkins P L/L 6-3 184 Jr.

    39 Kurt McCune P R/R 6-4 175 Fr.

    38 Nick Rumbelow P R/R 6-0 175 Fr.

    30 Tyler Jones P R/R 6-4 205 Jr.

    12 Kevin Gausman P R/R 6-4 170 Fr.

    58 Chris Cotton P L/L 5-9 170 So.

    24 Daniel Bradshaw P R/R 6-1 220 Sr.

    22 Matty Ott P R/R 6-1 184 Jr.

    47 Ben Alsup P R/R 6-3 160 Sr.

    10 Zach LaSuzzo P L/L 6-0 190 So.

    29 Jordan Rittiner P L/L 6-2 210 So.

    28 Forrest Garrett P L/L 6-3 175 So.

    18 Michael Reed P R/R 6-2 185 So.

    25 Joey Bourgeois P R/R 6-2 224 Jr.

Looking at that list I only see five guys I remember throwing last year and who will pitch this year.

    LSUGradin99 I Bleedeth Purple 'N Gold

Almost 350 posts about a guy who never suited up and played in a game for LSU. Yet only 65 for a guy who played his heart out for LSU.

    Quite Disappointing.

i think if zl played baseball only, you would see only a fraction of the posts. it was his being a qb that got him the posts. cause like it or not, thats all that most on the board care about.

which is why you see next to nothing on the board about guys like Cecchini
