(ETA: Poll came out while I was posting - still #2) So where do you think the committee will place us? I do not want them to put us as #1. Here's why. We moved up nicely in the AP and the Alabama game is critical. I’ll wait until after that to care too much. I’m happy with what the team is doing and if we take care of business we’ll be in the playoffs.
A win over Auburn and yes we are definitely #1 in the AP, possibly the coaches poll and definitely #1 in the CFP rankings the first week it comes out.
So we don't see a loss to anyone else but possibly Alabama on the road. If that's a close loss, we are in the playoffs.
